TWE+ Project – UniLaSalle Beauvais Focus Group

After Budapest in February & March, UniLaSalle will host the second meeting of the « Teach With Erasmus + » (TWE +) focus group from 20 to 24 May.

This European focus group will bring together the following UniLaSalle partners:

  • University of Alcalá (Spain)
  • The University of Freiburg (Germany)
  • University of Zagreb (Croatia)
  • Eötvös Loránd University (Hungary)

Why a TWE + project?

Within the framework of European mobility mechanisms in higher education, a consortium was formed around two observations:

  • Staff mobility for teaching purposes is poorly developed,
  • This mobility is difficult to access for teaching staff (especially for juniors).

Based on this observation, this consortium is working on a solution, the Teach with Erasmus + project (TWE +), to facilitate and promote this mobility, as well as to define a framework enabling higher education institutions to measure their quality. In addition, the consortium aims to bring together a catalog of innovative teaching tools and methods to make available to the higher education sector.

Objective

The Focus Group from May 20th to 24th aims to support the development of a catalog of innovative tools and teaching methods.

The results of the project will be at the heart of the ETMP platform (Erasmus + Teaching Mobility Platform), a « market » where schools / teachers will be able to offer and / or find teaching opportunities. The ETMP program will be a logical continuation of www.staffmobility.eu , the current platform providing opportunities for staff mobility for training purposes.
